OTHER INFORMATION
Our Registration Policy
MEMBERSHIP FEE
All participants will be charged an annual Membership fee for all disciplines. This fee is good for one year starting July 1st to June 30th. Membership fees vary from program to program. All membership fees are reviewed annually. This Membership fee is non-refundable.
REGISTRATION FEE: ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF ENROLLMENT. However certain situations require the need to make payment arrangements. A minimum $55 deposit is then required and payment arrangements must be made in person through the office on a case by case basis. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made within 1 week of class commencement.
If your child does not attend class or stops coming to class without notification, you will be charged for the classes regardless of attendance until written notice is given. This charge is considered a holding fee for your child's place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.
CREDIT NOTE & REFUND POLICY:
TRANSFERS:
Transfers to different levels or times are inevitable for families due to multiple schedules, and changes in achievement levels. Dynamyx will not charge for achievement level adjustments and will allow one transfer per child per session. Any additional transfers to the same child will be charged a $10 transfer fee.
LATE PAYMENT POLICY
I understand that there is a late payment fee of $25/month for all fees outstanding beyond 30 days of commencement of program or if payment plan is arranged through the office, payment to be received prior to course completion.
CLASS MAKEUP POLICY
Because of our strict participant to coach ratio, missed classes will not be made up, or given prorated fees or refunds.
NSF CHEQUES
I am aware that there is a $25 fee for any returned cheque.
WHAT TO WEAR

WAIVERS
Gymnastics activities, by their nature, involve certain elements of risk which involve a potential for bodily injury. To help prevent these injuries, a proper warm up is necessary. If your child does not make it to class within the first 15 minutes (warm up and stretch), your child will not be allowed to participate in the balance of the class. A portion of registration fees paid to the Alberta Gymnastics Federation is allocated for the provision of accident insurance should such an injury occur at the Dynamyx Gymnastics Club.
I agree to abide by the policies and regulations of the Dynamyx Gymnastics Club of St. Albert. This is to certify that the above information is correct and that I, the undersigned, relieve the gymnastics club, the board of directors, coaches and sponsors of any responsibilities for any accidents or injury which may occur as a result of this participation.
In an effort to make all sporting events a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for all participants, Dynamyx Gymnastics Club has implemented a Parent/Spectators' Code of Conduct Policy. This Policy is designed to require parents/spectators to maintain a sportsmanlike atmosphere during all classes and events held at our club.
