Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) Coach
Dynamyx Gymnastics Club is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) Coach to join our coaching team. We are looking for a motivated coach who is passionate about athlete development, enjoys working with children and youth, and is committed to furthering their coaching education and certification. Qualifications ● Minimum NCCP Competition Introduction C2 Trained certification ● Willingness to work toward and obtain full certification ● Strong technical knowledge of Men's Artistic Gymnastics ● Excellent communication and leadership skills ● Ability to foster a positive, safe, and athlete-centered training environment ● Reliable, organized, and team-oriented ● Previous MAG coaching experience is considered an asset Responsibilities ● Coach athletes within our recreational and/or competitive MAG programs ● Plan and deliver safe, engaging, and progressive training sessions ● Support athlete development in accordance with club, provincial, and national guidelines ● Provide technical instruction and constructive feedback to athletes ● Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and fellow coaches ● Attend competitions, training camps, and club events as required ● Maintain a positive and supportive team culture What We Offer ● Competitive wages based on experience and certification ● Support for coach education and certification pathways ● A collaborative and positive coaching environment ● Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the club If you are passionate about gymnastics and helping athletes build confidence, skills, and a love for the sport, we would love to hear from you. Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) Coach

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about athlete development, enjoys working with children and youth, and is committed to continuing their coaching education.
