NOTE: Both the Release of Liability Waiver and the PIPA forms are required to be filled out for each fiscal year of July 1st to June 30th. 
All ADULTS entering the technical area must complete the forms as well.
Drop-Ins and Special Events Notice update with regards to insurance.
As of January 1st, 2016 ALL CHILDREN attending a drop-in or a special events, regardless of age,  must obtain at a  minimum Casual Membership yearly  if they participate in more than 2 promotional activities.
Due to changes in AGF’s insurance policy, baby slings or similar devices, strollers or car seats are not allowed on the technical area. 
Baby slings or similar devices, strollers or car seats are also prohibited from being placed along the sidelines or viewing area as well. No child shall be left unattended. 
Liability with respect to injury suffered by a minor is very strict, and very difficult to defend against. Providing any form of childcare or supervision for these children by the club whether it be expressed or implied is an unsanctioned AGF activity and therefore NOT covered by the AGF insurance policy.
