Our Registration Policy
CREDIT NOTE & REFUND POLICY :
MEMBERSHIPS: Be aware if you registered for a Summer Camp or Sessional Class you will still be charged a GFA membership. If you have purchased a Summer Camp or Summer Only membership, you should see a discounted applied to the new membership added to your account.
MISSED CLASSES: Unfortunately, we do not credit or refund any missed classes. Miss classes can not be made up or athletes may not join other class due to enrollment maximums.
MEMBERSHIP FEE
All participants will be charged an annual Membership fee for all disciplines. This fee is good for one year starting July 1st to June 30th. Membership fees vary from program to program. All membership fees are reviewed annually. This Membership fee is non-refundable.
REGISTRATION FEE: ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF ENROLLMENT. However, we have made installment options available for 3 months for sessional programs and 10 months for full year programs. All other arrangements must be made with the Office Administrator by contacting [email protected]
If your child does not attend class or stops coming to class without notification, you will be charged for the classes regardless of attendance until written notice is given. This charge is considered a holding fee for your child's place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.
TRANSFERS:
Transfers to different levels or times are inevitable for families due to multiple schedules, and changes in achievement levels. Dynamyx will not charge for achievement level adjustments and will allow one transfer per child per session. Any additional transfers to the same child will be charged a $10 transfer fee.
LATE PAYMENT POLICY:
I understand that there is a late payment fee of $20/month for all fees outstanding beyond 30 days of commencement of program or if payment plan is arranged through the office, payment to be received prior to course completion.
NSF CHEQUES
I am aware that there is a $25 fee for any returned cheque.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Participants wear tucked in T-shirts and shorts or Leotards. Hair should be secured back. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. Jewellery should not be worn during classes. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AND PERSONAL ITEMS AT HOME. Be sure your childâ™s outerwear are marked with their name and left in the foyer. This Club will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen
ARRIVAL AND PICKUP:
Be sure your child arrives 10 minutes before his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your child on time. As our parking lot can be busy during peak times, please take care and drive slowly.
WAIVERS & PIPA FORMS:
All athletes must have their waiver and PIPA forms completed before attending the first class. To make it easier we have now provided them online. All parents attending a class must also complete the adult version of these forms.
HEALTH ALERTS AND REQUIREMENTS:
From time to time we may issue health alerts or be required to abide by AHS and Alberta Gymnastics Federation Guidelines during a health alert or regularly seasonal notices. We will make every effort to advise parents and adjust training accordingly.
All information will be posted on our website and/or via emails and posted around our facility to ensure all families are reached.
In the event that AHS requires us to postpone classes, we will credit to your UPLIFTER account, any remaining classes affected. Unfortunately, Memberships are paid to AGF on your behalf and are non refundable.
- No make-up classes are offered for missed classes by the member.
- All cancellations are subject to a $25 admin fee.
- REFUNDS will only be granted prior to 1st day camps and up to the 2nd day of classes commencing at a prorated amount.
- CREDIT NOTES will only be granted after the 1st day of camps or the 2nd day of classes commencing.
- NO CREDIT NOTES or REFUNDS will be granted after 70% of the program has past.
- In the case of medical concern or injury, families will be granted either a REFUND or CREDIT NOTE for remaining classes, but must provide a doctors note.
- ALL DGC Memberships are non-refundable once the first class or camp has started.
- If Dynamyx delays or cancels a class, zoom classes may be temporarily arranged to replace the conditioning and small skills portion of the regular classes that can be completed virtually.
