Family Classes: Active discovery for children walking up to age 3 with parent participation.

Tumblebugs: A progressive, unparented stream for ages 3–5 helping children master foundational skills.

Recreational Ages 6+

Following the CANGYM national badge program, our recreational classes focus on physical literacy and technical growth across all apparatus.

• Bronze: Badges 1–4 (Burgundy, Red, Tan, Bronze) — Class length: 60 minutes

• Silver: Badges 5–8 (Purple, Blue, Turquoise, Silver) — Class length: 90 minutes

Progression is based on mastering skills across 12 levels. Classes are available in co-ed and all-boys formats.

For athletes ready for more intensive training, our pre-competitive and competitive streams offer pathways to technical mastery and performance excellence in a structured environment.
