EXCEL
The Excel program offers gymnasts working on the purple level or higher to participate in demonstrations as well as work on advancing their gymnastics skills. This program offers seasonal registration and participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills in a performance each session. Performances will be in the Edmonton area and will consist of gymnastics and dance set to music. This performance will be rehearsed in class. Gymnasts will also have the opportunity to work on their gymnastics skills to advance to the next badge level. Since this class attracts a wide variety of skill levels, gymnasts should be able to work on skills with some amount of independence.
